Vaulted Account Deletion Request

To request deletion of your Vaulted account and associated data, contact us at:

Use subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Your Vaulted username
• Email used on the account
• “Delete my account and data”

What we delete

• Account profile (username, email, bio, settings)
• Uploaded content metadata
• Comments, likes/dislikes, follows, playlists linked to your account
• In-app notifications and user-facing activity history tied to your account

What we may retain temporarily

• Security/fraud-prevention logs
• Financial/compliance records if legally required
• Encrypted backups for a limited retention window

Retention period

• Primary account/user data deletion begins after verification and is completed within 30 days
• Backup/log data may persist for up to 90 days, then is automatically purged unless legal obligations require longer retention

Verification
For account security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion is processed.
